Return Policy

Lulu’s Pet Pantry Return Policy
We do not accept returns on clearance items.
We do not accept returns of toys.
We do not accept returns on special requested items.
All non-consumable items must be undamaged and in original packaging.
Bagged consumable items must be within a reasonable expiration date. The item must not be more than ¾ empty. 
Non bagged consumable items must be untouched and purchased within 4 weeks of return date.
Canned consumables must be unopened and within a reasonable expiration date.
All customers are restricted to a $500 return limit per year.
